Job description:

Designation:   Business Development Director – Banking & Financial Services  - based in Frankfurt.

Role:

• This individual will be responsible for managing BFS Vertical charged with selling complex business and technology solutions to senior executives in Global 2000 companies within these this segment.
•The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with his or her clients and prospects, and meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
•The position requires a deep understanding of the domain in one or more of the industry verticals indicated, along with very strong written and oral communication skills, strong presentation capabilities, an attention to detail, and the ability to follow up relentlessly.

Skills / Experience Required

• Hunter Profile
• Selling skills (deal shaping, negotiation, closing): ability to effectively perform key sales tasks essential to winning in the market place
• New business development - Targeting and adding new accounts to the company
• Direct sales experience - The candidate should be directly selling IT consulting, outsourcing and off-shoring services and solutions.
• He / She should be primarily focused on the respective industry vertical that he is submitted against. Avoid a mixed domain experience.
• Candidates with at least 10-12 years of experience, minimum 5 years of Sales experience
